Just a few images I have had a play around with. The bike was using selective colour and the image of Glasgow Cathedral is done using HDR.

I feel more drawen to taking photgraphs now i think as it is sooo easy, having the camera with me at all times means when i see something of interest i can just POINT and SHOOT!!!

I was going through my files the other day, and came across my photographs from my weekend away at my aunts in Yorkshire.

I happened to come across this picture taken in Linton, I don't know why but everytime I look at this image it reminds me soo much of Emmerdale lol. It has that very traditional english countryside look about it and by taking it black and white it has added much more effect.

Not bad for a few minutes work!

Stand Design

Week beginning 12th January 2009

This week seen me take up a placement place with Stand Design.
A small design company based in Glasgow.

This week I completed various briefs including creating website solutions for EventScotland.org for a pitch they were making, a magazine ad for the SQA, Young Scot Livery (again another pitcher) and the highlight of the week was going out on location for the Glasgow Art Fair 2009, we were out taking shots at gallery spaces for the promotinal material, oh and got my mug shot taking might be in the programme lol.

So all in all has been a very informative week. Heres hoping that I get another chance.
And here is to a more brighter future, I made a decision today that I am determined to make it in this design industry and the only way now is forward.

Well thats my rant over.
